Organic Locally Sourced Coffee

We serve 100% organic locally sourced coffee and teas from Fidalgo Bay Roasters out of Anacortes, Washington. Fidalgo supports sustainable production by purchasing and selling certified organic, fair trade certified, shade grown coffees. Fidalgo Coffee is a licensee of Fair Trade USA . All of Fidalgo Organic Coffees are also certified fair trade by Fair Trade USA.

Handcrafted Pastries

Handcrafted pastries, scratch-made with locally sourced ingredients are available daily and our flavors rotate seasonally based on what is fresh. Our Pastry Chef graduated from the Pastry Arts program at Bellingham Technical College where she had the opportunity to be trained by a European Chef. Her pastries are unique and boast complex flavor profiles unlike anything else around! Try her signature pastries like this vanilla cream cheese coffee cake or indulge in one of her European style pastries.....my favorite is her chocolate croissant. All are offered by It's the Sweet Things.

Fresh Salads, Wraps and Breakfast Burritos

All of our savory items are made with Boar's Head meats and cheeses. We offer fresh House salads made with greens, blueberries, candied pecans and our own apple vinagrette dressing. Our Caesar salads are made with Ever roast Chicken and romaine with parmesean cheese. Choose from Rosemary Ham & Cheddar, Clubhouse Ranch or Apple Sage Vegan Wraps for a delicious, healthy lunch.  Our breakfast burritos offer you a choice of bacon & cheddar or pepperjack or our veggie burrito with pepperjack and roasted peppers. We scramble real eggs and add a special seasoning to give your shot of protein a unique flavor.
